I still having this problem. Does anyone know if I need to use the PNLite agent to get this working? (I’m going to test this)

I used the PNLite agent on an S10 winterm and I got it working. I looked at your pass-through example which also helped. I tend to forget about the PNAgent since we don’t use it in our production environment.

I am actually starting to wonder if this is an issue with the winterms and PS3.0. I am working on getting a test PS4.0 farm setup so I can test this.
The funny thing is that if I unplug the network cable from the winterm while it is connected to a session, it reconnects properly to the session that goes into a disconnected state just fine.

However, I have tried the v5.0.058 and v5.0.061 firmwares and it still doesn’t work. Any other ideas? Wyse hasn’t responded to the support email that I submitted a couple of weeks ago.
Environment:
PS3.0 w/ R05
Win2k3 Server – hotfixes installed, no SP1 yet though.Any suggestions?
Sorry to take so long to reply. We had run out of addresses in our DHCP pool at one of our sites. Temporarily, we wanted to release some IPs from some of the winterms back into the pool.
It shouldn’t matter what version of Blazer OS you use to connect to PS 4.0. What kind of problems are you having? What have you heard?
Good luck finding anything of much use on Wyse’s website. I tend to find more useful information on websites like this one.
Thanks for the reply, Chris. What is your Citirx enviornment (OS + service packs, Presentation Server version)? Also, I do have the “enable printer” box checked on all the printers setup on the winterm. However, I have firmware version 5.0.013f on my S10’s. That’s what they shipped with. I checked Wyse’s website and they show this firmware as the latest version. How did you get the 5.0.051 version? Would you be able to send that version to me?
Wyse tech support has been no help to me with this problem. I’m still trying to work with them as well.
