USB: Found a new device 12mbps CCID reader on port 4

So i contact Wyse support again…
I do escalation request. (don t know if it will help)
so, they want me to trace/capture what happen with the V10LE. But i don t found trace command on the interface. I follow their guide, .. impossible to get this. If any one knows how to..Units still waitning on 6.5.0_47

This hot fix release is not downloadable from
the website of wyse support…You need to contact support on “wyse self support”
and they give you a link to get it.At this time (24h hours later) no users called for FREEZE symptom on this release…
If it change, i will give news …

When users working on Excel 2007 specialy, V10LE used to freeze the screen several times a day, and the only hope to the user is turn off manually the terminal by the power button. And then restart .
We try few days 6.5.0_43 No pb
and since yesterday we try 7.0.0_34
with sysmode on VDI …Waiting for user retrun …

Sorry but, it V10LE and not V10L
Wyse tell me that is a knew problem, and it was solved with these firmwares:
– 6.5.0_43
and
– 7.0.0_34 (received this morning)
so i will try this soon, and wait for user’s phone calls…

no drivers on thinOS
drivers are installed on CITRIX SERVERS
Can t help with congen.
On thin os use the printer menu and specifie the printer name, USB,
and tick the option to map it on citrix.
U can test local print here.
The name must be EXACTLY the same here and on the citrix farm for a successful mapping.
Beware that your driver is OK with citrix use before.
