Xenith and Polycom CX600 IP Phone

    I have a strange issue. We use the Polycom CX600 IP phones with our Xenith units, and XenDesktop.

    I found information on how to configure the CX600s to the Xenith via a USB cable, and when a user is logged in, everything works fine.

    But if there is no user logged into the terminal, or the terminal is shut down, the CX600 goes into a “Computer Audio” mode, and the phone can’t be used.

    Has anyone seen this? Does anyone have any ideas?

    If I disconnect the USB and reconnect it while the Xenith is off, the Computer Audio connection doesn’t come back. At least not until I power the terminal on again.
