Good evening fellow monkeys!
I have an interesting issue here
After upgrading my XenDesktop environment from 5.6 to 7.5, the mouse pointer turns black after a few seconds after logging into the delivery group ( the VM)
Wyse R10 – WTOS – 7.1.207
Windows 7 SP1 32bit ( with or without themes turned off it happens)
Any ideas what would cause this? Nothing else has changed on the virtual machine other than the VDA version, the host is the same as well
Thanks
Anyone?
try updating firmware on your wyse to the latest 8.0_210
Thanks Alf13 , but this isnt an option atm, it looks to be firmware related, i will advise management
cheers!
Why isn’t that an option?
You could contact Wyse to get a loan R10 with that firmware and test. Then you see if the issue still exists and think about upgrading your units.

Thanks for the response ConfGen, i never knew that was an option
Cheers
