Wyse V10L Audio Problem in Citrix

    I am having trouble with getting audio to work on the V10L through Citrix. I have used the following in the wnos.ini and it works for the S10 fine.

    Device=Audio Volume=25 Mute=No

    It appears to be working on the V10L as well when checking the volume slider on the wyse desktop it is on maximum and mute is not ticked, but when logged into citrix and checking the audio properties the volume slider is on minimum and when you slide it up and then click apply it goes back down to 0 as if there is no sound card installed.
    Does anyone have any ideas if there is a fix for this?

    What is the firmware on the V10L and the S10 – do they match?

    It appears the S10 is running newer firmware. the S10 is on 6.2.0_15 and the V10L is on 6.2.0_08
