Wyse TCX Suite 4.0 addon license.

    Hello,

    We are presently using TCX Suite 4.0 with 10 client license

    with maintenance. We want to Add 10 more clients to our

    existing license key. We have the license for it but do not

    know where to add the same in our existing TCX setup to enhance

    our present TCX usage from 10 to 20 users. Please advice.

    What happens when you use the 11th client? Does it give you an error?

    Well I have not used the total number of TCX client license till yet , but for future reservation I want to know that how can I add more users to my existing TCX user license key.

    Or is there any way to purchase another 10 users license key and merge it with the existing license key of 10 users? so that there will be only one TCX server which will be serving 20 users.

    As I have mentioned in my early post that i have 10 User license of TCX clients, I have Tested TCX Suite by Connecting 12 users on the same TCX server license key of 10 users , but after connecting 11th & 12th user, it did not gave me any licensing error and neither it restricted any USB peripherals.

    Please let me know the reason TCX SUITE LICENSE not restricting excessive users from access.

    Also I want to ask you that if I purchase 10 more users license then it means I can connect more then 10 users at a time. What is the purpose of TCX user license?

    I want to know one more thing , that how can we find out the Total number of TCX users allowed from TCX Server Suite License?

    There is no tracking mechanism for licensing , this is based on true-up licensing ( dont use more then you have paid for). If you purchase a new license for more units , the license key will change but your old one will still remain working
