Wyse S30’s Not Checking In

    At our campus we have approximately 500 Wyse terminals all pointing to a server running WDM4.7.0. There are a few dozen that for some reason have never checked in with the WDM server. All of the S30’s are configured to point to it by name rather than IP.

    I have been able to do a test ping from the affected terminals to the server by name and it was successful. I don’t know why these few aren’t working like all of the rest. Is there any way to get these S30’s to check in with the server?

    Check the firmware and Rapport agent version on the working and non-working units.
    Maybe there is a difference.

    BTW, you should upgrade to 4.7.1.
