WYSE S30 CMOS battery issue

    BIOS settings of my wyse S30 terminals are resetting to default settings once i repower the terminals. Guess this is CMOS battery issue I opened a terminal and coudnt locate CMOS battery. Can any one help me plz?

    There is no battery in the S30. Have you tried to reflash the unit?

    Yeah, I have the same issue on my 3235LE, that’s why I’m trying to create a custom addon that has my settings as the “factory” defaults. So far though, I haven’t figured out what registry information I need to change basic information like resolution or connection IP… Apparently WDM is your friend, but it won’t let me install.
    I guess the alternative is to have a “Manual Bootup/setup guide” for every time you want to use it… 😥
