Wyse S10 and Thinprint.

    Guys,

    I have got a serious issue with wyse S10 printing thru thinprint serial / ICA channel.

    At the moment i am using Wyse 1125SE and S10. I am using thinprint and printing on serial COM1 port / ICA channel. 1125SE works with no issues. But when i try to print on S10 i get “Virtual Channel Error”. I am using “Generic / Text only” drivers.

    Has anyone seen this problem before?

    Hi Mike,

    No, this is strange as there is really not much to configure with the ThinPrint client on WTOS. I would check the firmware versions on the 1125 and S10 and see if they are different.

    Also the ThinPrint VC can be more difficult to trouble shoot, as a test can you try direct TCP printing from the ThinPrint server to the S10 and see if this works?
