Wyse D10D – (8.6_027) – SF Session Timeout

    Hi all,

    First time poster here, I’ve been working on a migration from WDM to WMS for quite some time now.

    The WDM is still running, but most of our devices are getting their settings from WMS (I’m working in a 24/7 production environment where down times are a no go)

    In WDM we had this wnos.ini config:

    PnliteServer=https://citrix CAGAuthMethod=LDAP Storefront=no
    SessionConfig=ICA Timeout=no RefreshTimeOut=00:00:15 SessionReliability=yes

    But now with the WMS “Timeout=No” or “RefreshTimeOut=00:00:15” is not working any more. i tried to add this line directly in Advanced Device Configuration, but no luck.

    Even changed the Storefront Authentication timeout to 365 days.

    PS Thinclients login directly after booting and connect to our storefront – no username or password to be filled in.

    Do you guys have any advise?

    Have you added the full line to the Advanced section?

    SessionConfig=ICA Timeout=no RefreshTimeOut=00:00:15

    Hi CG,

    I knew it was something small – but couldn’t figure it out.
    Seems to be resolved. I will provide feedback next week (takes some time to test  and evaluate).
