Hello,
I am unfortunately still on a Windows Server 2008 R2 environment with several RDS servers.
and I have a fleet of Wyse 3030 LT with release 8.6_206 with the latest BIOS version.
My problem is that randomly the RDS client freeze and there is nothing we can do about it. I tried to reproduce this with an RDS connection from a Windows 10 computer but it works correctly.
I have to ask people to restart the Wyse so that the session can resume.
I have noticed that the problem also often occurs when the person scrolls with the mouse. Has this problem been noticed by any of you?
And do you know if there is an update planned to fix this?
Thanks in advance for your help!
V.
This is something you should try to escalate through Dell support.
I am not aware that there are any fixes/updates for old Windows environments coming.
