    Hey,

After putting SP1 onto Windows 2008 R2, our C10LE thin clients are no longer able to play videos. They bring up the following error

“ Windows Media player encountered a problem while playing the file”

    They are running firmware 7.0.0_30

We have found if we go into the thin clint connection manager and change RDP Audio playback to Do Not Play, the videos will again play properly, but with no sound. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

We have some older 1200LE and S10 thin clients, and SP1 hasn’t effected their ability to play videos
