WES7 access licensing issue

    Hi there,

    I noticed the following issue:

    having more and more WES7 clients rolled out from one image, users sometimes report problems accessing our Citrix Farm. After some investigation, I figured out that the TSLicensing Store in the Thin Client seems to be corrupted. On removing it, the User/Client is able to access the Citrix Farm again.

    Did someone experience this, too and is there another way to get rid of this issue?

    Have you prepared the image using Prep4man before pulling it?

    I have never heard of this before.
    I assumed, that WDM was intelligent to prepare the image, once I “get image from device”.
    Where can I find prep4man and exactly when do I use it?

    Ok, so it actually should be in C:WindowsSetup, but not for my WES7 client.
    There I found a remark to check the “WES7 COMMON BUILD CREATION.DOC” which I cannot find anywhere either…

    I know there are some updated file floating around but currently not fully released. You should contact Wyse to get them.
