WDM No templates were found for the selected device

    hi everyone,

    I come to you because I have a rather disturbing problem …

    I use WDM 4.9.1 and when I want to take a picture of my wyse D50D, it returns me the message below …

    “No templates were found for the selected device”

    Wyse is my version 11.2.038, it seems to me that this is the latest version

    I read on a forum that there was a hotfixe FTP site Wyse, but it is no longer available (ftp://ftp-us.wyse.com/pub/Outgoing/A…412_WDM491. zip)

    I hope someone can help me, because then I have more ideas how to …

    You need the WDM hotfixes for that issue.
    Contact Wyse and insist on getting them. Normaly they are only for customers with a valid maintenance contract.
    Maybe they give it out to you.
