Has anyone been able to make WDM use a Linux based NAS device for a repository? I have a samll office that we need to setup and don’t want to install a full blown server just for a repository, if I can use a Lacie NAS unit it would save the company a lot of money.

If you can access this NAS device via FTP it should work.
    FTP is a requirement.

FTP is running and my log shows that rapport is able to login to FTP but when i test conenct I get “Unable to write to device”, it looks like it is trying to test to the root and not the rapport directory.

So you have created a “rapport” folder in the ftproot and configured it under Remote SW Reps?

Yes it is all set but the test conenction always fails with “unable to wirte to server”, even though the NAS log shows that the WDM server logged in without any issues.
