WDM and C Series Terminals (Discovery Issues)

    I have WDM 4.7.2 installed.

    We have just pruchased our first C90LEW terminals and WDM is not discovering them. I read about running updates and I apprently ran the wrong hot fix first.

    I ran HF04072036209 with no problems. I cannot run HF04072025609 because it states I have a more recent update installed. I still cannot see the C90’s…

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also how do I image these devices for deployment?

    Open the registry HKLMSWRapport and delete the entry for HF04072036209.
    Then reapply both hotfixes in correct order.
