    Hey Guys,

Maybe someone can help me with this. For some reason, when I schedule and deploy packages, they transfer the necessary files extremely slowly to the devices. Anyone have any idea as to why this might occur?

    Thanks

What package? What client? What image version? What WDM Agent (HAgent) version? What protocol used (FTP or HTTP)?

    Hey,

Sorry about that…I should’ve been more specific.

This occurs no matter what package I am deploying. I am using C90LE7 thin clients running Windows Embedded 7. The version of the image is 9.010806.4096 and the HAgent Version is 6.0.0.11. I’m also using FTP to push the clients.

The WDM server is running on Windows 7 Ultimate. Our entire network is 100Mb ethernet.

All machines are set at 100Mb full duplex and there don’t seem to been any other noticeable latency or network issues between machines. Our network doesn’t seem to have any problems.

This only occurs for package deployment. When using Merlin to download full device images there is no speed delay whatsoever.

Let me know if this helps a bit.

    Thanks

    Perfect, now everything is clear.
Download the latest HAgent 6.0.0.13 from this website and install it.
This will fix it for you. Find it in the Download / WDM XP section.
