Hi,
I’m testing on WDM 4.8.5(installed on Win 7 m/c) with Wyse xenith. the client was detected by the WDM but I am not able to shutdown, reboot the unit. I’m able to remote shadow the unit.
any ideas to resolve this issue?
regards
How was the client detected?
CG
I am having a similar issue, client is detected via dhcp.
When I issue a command, it shows up in the real time commands, but does not get applied to the client. Occasional it will apply the commands, but it can take several minutes. Other times they never apply.
What firmware is running on the unit? If it is the latest 1.7_122 then you do need WDM 4.9.1 to get it to work.
CG
sorry, I should have mentioned that before.
WDM 4.9.1
Firmware 1.7_037
Edit: firmware update fixed it, it is running commands instantly now.
