greetings all. I’m new to the board as well as taking over the WDM enviroment for my company of about 1200 clients.
after monitoring the WDM console for a few weeks I’ve noticed today there there are about 300 clients that have not checked in for a couple of days.. is there a way to do a force checkin?
There is no force checkin. You can try to mark all clients and do a right click on them. Then select “Refresh Device Information”. This will trigger each client to checkin. But if these clients aren’t online or the IP has changed from the stored one in the WDM DB it will fail.
Try to find out 1 or 2 failing devices and do a manual reboot of them. Check if the WDM IP is set correct on these clients.
