    Hi,
We use V90lew terminals with PNAgent 12.0.3.6 which delivers the icons on to the desktop and start menu, we lock down the terminal via the registry as the terminals have not been added to the domain due to logon perfomance so no GPO, we have a jpeg file in the C drive which locks down the background.
The main issue is the PNAgent when logged in randomly presents
c:documents and settingsuserdesktop is no accessible – Access is denied

I then check the preperties of the pnagent and the ‘show applications on desktop’ is unticked, when i tick the box the error pops up again, we also use the write filter on all terminals and they are all the same image provided by the Wyse USB key so all images are identical, what is also strange is when you reboot the terminal the ‘show application on desktop’ is still unticked where I would have thought the write filer would re-enable this, the terminals are powered off every night?.

    Thanks for any help[/img]

Any modifications done during that time? Hotfixes installed for example?

no hotfixes, we changed the ramdisk setting to 100mb for print spooling, VNC to poll fullscreen and manually setup IP address for WDM
