    Greetings,

I’ve been having a hell of a time getting the MS Bluetooth stack working on a wyse V90L running xpe. I’m at the end of my tether and at this point very open to suggestion.

I guess my avenues have fallen into to catgories.

    1) Getting a runtime image from MS target designer succesfully loaded onto a Wyse Termianl

    2) Modifying the i2d image to include the bluetooth stack.

I’ve tried quite a few different methods from avenue 1, so far to no avail. The methods for avenue 2 seem to be fairly well obfuscated.

Any advice you monkeys may have would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Arjun

What BT device do you want to use?

    Try this. http://www.technicalhelp.de/products/9000/Bluetooth.zip

Just copy the files in that archiv to your unit and import the reg file.

Worked for most of the BT devices I have worked with.

    Hi,

Apologies I missed your response. As it turns out I used a very similar method. Pulled all the BT dependencies out of the XPe repositories, imported the reg keys and installed all the inf files. It works a charm, and I don’t have to pay for a custom image. Good times.

The only thing missing seems to be the BT icon on the control panel shortcut. But that’s acceptable if I can’t fix it.

    Thanks for the reply.
