Is there at all a merlin image for my problem?28. October 2012 at 20:46 #22924What is the serial number of the device?

3. November 2012 at 23:07 #22958The serial of my device is: 6W1DH800897
But for what do you need the Serial?4. November 2012 at 15:49 #22959OK, so your device is build 8/2008.
That means that your device should have been build with firmware version 6.1.
You should contact Wyse support in Germany and ask them to send you the Merlin image for the latest 6.1 firmware.
They should be able to help here and typically this is free of charge (but no guarantee).CG

is there a another way? can i install thinstation?Without an active support contract, you won’t be able to download any software from the self service center. Your options are to purchase 1 year of support (http://www.cdw.com/shop/products/Wyse-Thin-Client-Software-Maintenance-technical-support-1-year/2116278.aspx for example) or obtain a working V10L and follow the instructions at the end of this thread for copying over the WTOS: http://www.freewysemonkeys.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=7751
