    We have an issue where our V10L’s do not properly reconnect to a disconnected Citrix session. We have several servers in our Citrix farm, and if a user is connected to “ServerA” and is disconnected (we’ve been having disconnection issues as documented in another post on these forums) when the user logs back on after a reboot of the terminal they do not always get reconnected to the disconnected session on “ServerA.” They might get a new session on “ServerB” while the session on “ServerA” just stays in a disconnected state with all of their previous work open and no way to save it. Occassionaly the user will hit the correct server when reconnecting – I assume by chance of the Citrix load evaluator.

    Testing this with Windows ICA client (rather than a Wyse terminal) results in the proper session being reconnected 100% of the time. Our Citrix web interface preferences are set correctly to automatically reconnect to a disconnected session.

    Our clients are 6.2.0_08, however, I’ve reproduced this on my test client which is at 6.2.0_18.

    The wnos.ini is quite basic:

    #########################
    signon=0
    AutoLoad=2

    #Desktop Environment Settings
    desktop=BCWINNT.BMP
    resolution=1024×768
    DesktopColorDepth=16
    DeskColor=”58 110 165″

    #Enable/Disable power button
    DisableButton=no

    #Custom Screen Saver
    ScreenSaver=600 SoftSaver=yes Type=3 Image=screensave.jpg

    #Citrix ICA connections
    connect=ica
    Fullscreen=yes
    description=”XXXXXXX”
    icon=icon.bmp
    domainname=XXX
    browserip=X.X.X.X
    application=”XXXXXX”
    mapdisks=yes
    mapdisksunderz=yes
    Disablesound=yes
    LowBand=yes

    #Tcp Timeout value
    TcpTimeOut=2
    #############################
