I am having a problem getting the USB ports to pick up my iPhone when I plug it into the V10L. I have loaded TCX server suite 4.0 onto the Win XP Pro image running on VMView, but it does not seem to recognize it in the USB port at all. It almost seems like the port has been turned off, since the phone will not even charge. It will charge with the VMView logon screen showing, but once I log onto my session, it stops charging. I downloaded the application from the website, but the site says that the documentation is coming soon.

Any suggestions on what I should check to get this to function?

I’m having a similar problem. My TCX server is a Windows 2003 server (VMware virtual machine), which also runs my WDM. My USB is enabled in TCX, the service is started. My V10Le clients have the correct key installed from their INI files, but USB flash drives are running dog slow. I also tried a USB mouse, which doesn’t work at all. I checked the client system preferences, and USB auto-connect is selected. What am I missing?

Have you installed the View agent including the USB redirection? View USB redirection andWyse TCX USB cannot work at the same time.
Install View agent without USB support and it should work.
