I’m fairly new to thin clients and am having trouble setting one up to work remotely. We have a number set up and running fine inside the company network. We are using wnos.ini files to configure them. We also want to set them for several users to use from remote areas. We have an FTP server that we can hit from the outside setup with the wnos file. I cannot get the thin clients to access the wnos file. I have entered the ftp site into the thin client but it will not grab the file. I can set up the client to work remotely by entering in all the info on the clients ICA connection settings but we would like to have the client get all the settings from the wnos file so we can manage it remotely (setup printers etc) Is this possible?. Is it possible to do this remotely.

    Thanks in advance.

Of course this is possible. As long as the FTP server is accessable from remote, it should work just fine.
    Sounds like a misconfiguration.
Check the FTP server log file to see which directory the remote client is opening to search the wnos.ini file.
