    Hey everyone,

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I’m completely new to Wyse terminals/thin clients. I recently set up a new domain for a new department at our company solely using wyse terminals (v10L).

As is our normal process we set the password and tick ‘User must change password at next logon’. However, when they boot the wyse terminal and try to logon, the wyse logon prompt just says that the user needs to change there password but doesn’t give them a prompt to do so!

I got around it by getting them to enter a password at my pc but surely there must be a better way I’m missing?

Thanks, and sorry again if this is a stupid question.

    Hi,

Its a good question! Are you using published applications with Citrix? If so try the PasswordServer= line in the wnos.ini, this should allow you to get to a server GINA and set the password. The WTOS parameters guide has more details,

    Cheers,
