    Hello,

    do I need any TCX (or whatever) license to make USB Redirection work ?

    I have
    client C10LE with WTOS 7.1.0_33 (latest)
    server XenApp 6.0 (configured correctly because if I log on from Windows Receiver, XenApp recognizes my iPhone as camera device)

    If I log on from C10LE, no USB devices are connected (except mass storage, which is mapped from WTOS as network drive).

    any suggestions ?

    thanks

    No, you do not need TCX.
    Post your wnos.ini please.
    iPhone will not work as it needs a local driver which is not available on WTOS.

    Wow, a lot of Includes. You should clean that up.

    Modify
    SessionConfig=ALL UnmapPrinters=no MapDisks=yes DisableSound=No DisksReadOnly=yes
    to
    SessionConfig=ALL UnmapPrinters=no MapDisks=yes DisableSound=No DisksReadOnly=yes UnmapUSB=no VUSB_DISKS=yes VUSB_AUDIO=yes VUSB_VIDEO=yes

    Play around with the yes/no values of each.
    But remember that XA does not have a real USB redirection as XD has. You will never get all devices mapped.

    thank you very much, I’ll try it. I will remove some includes as these are not all in use 🙂

    thanks!

    Include=$username.ini is not working at all 😉

    If you need username based ini files, then put them in the wnosini folder. That’s all. No Include needed.

    if I prihibit client drive mapping and allow USB + PnP devices mapping, should the mass storage usb devices map ?

    you mean
    SessionConfig=ALL UnmapPrinters=no MapDisks=no DisableSound=No DisksReadOnly=yes UnmapUSB=no VUSB_DISKS=yes
    ??

    That should work, yes. But the drives are shown differently in that case. Not as a clientdrive but a local drive.
