USB Redirect on T10

    We are running XenApp 6.5 on Windows 2008 R2. We used to be able to plug in USB sticks or USB SD card readers into our T10 thin clients and another drive letter would display. Now we get a blank icon shown in the image link I’ve put in this post. Any ideas on how to get this working again?
