    Hi,

    I have a Wyse Xenith C00x, System Version HF 2.0.411 which will pass through a device we use to reading Tacho’s if I don’t use the following options in the Wyse .ini file

    MapDisks=yes
    UnmapUSB=yes

    The device is for reading truck tacho’s and the dock is the part which is detected (without the keyfob inserted into the dock, it will still show up in Windows and Wyse event log)

    So taking the above options out makes the USB tacho device work but this breaks a USB SD card reader we also use.

    I have even tried using the above options (to make the USB SD card reader work again) with the following Tacho device info but with no luck;

     Device=vusb ForceRedirect=0x266b,0x0d00,0x00,0x00,0x00 Type=HDX

    In the event log I notice 2 differences between using and not using
    MapDisks=yes
    UnmapUSB=yes

    When using MapDisks=yes UnmapUSB=yes
    I see in the event log the follow;

    USB: Found a new 12Mps device “HID” on port 1

    and when not using MapDisks=yes UnmapUSB=yes I see

    USB: Found a new 12Mps device “WYSE VUSB” on port 1
    VUSB: redirect device 5 (PID; 0x0d00, VID: 0266b)

    Notice the working config there is an extra line saying it is redirecting.

    How do I get the best of both worlds and have the SD card reader working and Tacho Reader?

    Here is my Xen.ini

    Also is it correct when the SD card is working Windows 7 see the device in My computer as “Other” and the icon has the serial number of the Wyse terminal.

    Thanks[/code]
