    Help me.

    I’m from Brazil and I am having a problem with the Wyse S10.

    I need to update his version to a newer one.

    My wyse is at 6.1.0_08.

    What’s the latest? And how do I upgrade?

    Check the Products-WTOS section for a document called “First Steps”.

    Firmware is only available via Wyse.

    And how do I get the firmware with the wyse?

    I’m having a problem that after a while of use, the connection does not work anymore, just a blink of the screen, and does not enter the address.

    6.1 is very old.
    You would have to ask your reseller for a price for upgrading to latest code 7.x.
