Unable to upgrade R10L firmware from 7.0_113 to 7.1_033

    Hello,
    I am in the process of upgrading the firmware on our R10L devices taking them from 7.0_113 to 7.1_033 and it’s not looking good. Please let me know if any additional information may be needed to make my problem more clear.

    We have a site in Atlanta and another in Chicago. The Chicago site has a handful of devices that took the 7.1 upgrade. These devices still check in with the WDM server as well. The device at my desk shows the error “ftp: /wnos/wnos.ini: No such file or directory found” under system information in the event log. I’ve checked my option tags and they look fine. We are making the software available via http distribution instead of ftp. I didn’t note any conflicts in IIS either but if there are any IIS settings I need to consider please let me know. Not sure if something is missing here but the wnos.ini for Atlanta looks like this (x replaces IP octets):
