Unable to pull image or push updates

    WDM 4.5.3 am able to remotely reboot and shadow clients but cannot pull or push packages. machines get their IP via DHCP and PXE boot as expected. All services are started. When packages fail I get this error:

    Try 1:FTP Failed:1. v2ƒàïƒú#„ö Line#: 30 Cmd:SF XPe_HAgent_5007hagent.exe C:Program FilesWDMhagent.exe

    Hi,

    Can you go to the master repository in the WDM console and right click and select “test”.

    I want to see if WDM can use FTP,

    The server said that the test succeeded. We were also able to FTP in and out of the server, via CLI, to clients.

    What version of WDM is this and is it on English Windows, very stage characters you posted that look double byte…

    OK, did you actually get those characters or is that just the way it pasted into the forum?

    Those were the actual characters found when right clicking on the errored package and choosing error details.

    OK, weird.

    Can you load up a different package from this site for XPe (I am assuming you are using XPe) and see if it loads? Its really strange that you can manually FTP but it still fails at this point of file transfer,

    I figured this out. The *I2C files were at version 38 instead of 58. I renamed the tools folder, just in case, and copied the tools folder from the 4.5.3 install to the appropriate directory. This resolved the imaging/FTP issue.
