When i try to get the configuration of any of our CE devices I get the following error message when the job fails: Try 1:ImageThread put_file failed: package:[209]

I am able to push/pull XPe images with no problem. We are running WDM 4.7.1 on Windows 2003 Server.

Does any one have any advice on how to resolve the problem?

    Thank you

Can you please tell me what you are looking for in the FTP structure? I am using WDM, right clicking on the device I want to “get a configuration” from and let the package scheduler do the rest.

How does the file structure look like, eg c:inetpubftprootrapport?
What user are you using to connect to?

Although the folder is default, the user isn’t.
Can you try to change the user account inside WDM – Configuration Manager – SW Repository to “rapport” with password “r@p8p0r+” and try again?

Open a command prompt on a PC and type
    ftp ip_address-of-wdm
Use Rapport / r@p8p0r+ to log in.
Are you in the ftprootrapport folder?
Can you create a folder here (mkdir test) and remove it afterwards (del test)?

then check the FTP and NTFS folder right until you are able to delete the folder.
