Trap: Protection Fault EIP error

    Hi all,

    Our client is facing the problem that:

    1. Trap: Protection Fault EIP= only appears on 1125SE thin client which are attached with Printer (HP-1320)

    2. Mostly this error comes when user locally or any other user from network send printing from web base application.

    3. Often appear when user printing from any other application but always appears when printing comes from web base application.

    Current Firmware version is 5.0.063

    Hi Enam,

    I think I have seen this issue before, more importantly I have used a 1320 with the 5.2 code without issue on a 1125 so it maybe a case of a firmware issue. If you have maintenance maybe you can get the recent 5.2.060, if this fails is a call to be logged with Wyse unfortunately,
