    Hello All.

    I am currently running about 35 S10 WTOS devices in a Citrix environment. The units are a mixed bag of 6.5 and 7.022 firmware.

    I cannot get them to use the right timezone. They are constantly using GMT +5. I have tried multiple combinations of configs in my ini file without success. Entry below:

    TimeServer=nist1-ny.ustiming.org
    timeformat=”12-hour format”
    dateformat=”mm/dd/yyyy”

    This issue is overriding the time settings in the user’s Outlook calendars.

    Any thoughts? Thanks for any assistance.

    With the givven parameters you are not assigning any timezone at all.
    Aren’t you using something like
    TimeZone=’GMT + 01:00′ ManualOverride=yes Daylight=yes Start=030507 End=100507 TimeZoneName=”GMT Standard Time” DayLightName=”GMT Daylight Time”

    Hello. Thanks for the reply. Please see updated info:

    TimeZone=”GMT – 05:00″
    ManualOverride=yes
    TimeZoneName=”(GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)”
    Daylight=yes
    Start=030207
    End=110108
    TimeServer=nist1-ny.ustiming.org
    timeformat=”12-hour format”
    dateformat=”mm/dd/yyyy”

    The problem now is that some of the user’s Outlook appointments are two hours ahead, while others are one ahead.

    Can you download ConfGen tool from this website and generate the correct strings using that tool.
    That way you prevent issues arrising due to wrong syntax.

    ConfGen – thanks for the tip. Fantastic tool! It definitely made my test unit as accurate as hell with the new syntax. 😀

    I have a couple of people testing it. Will keep you posted.
