When upgrading or reimaging to ThinOS 9.1 multiple TC’s won’t have a mouse or keyboard when starting the Citrix Session.

Sometimes plugging in another USB port helps but usually this is not a solution.

The only solution that seems to work, is to remove all installed packages, and redownload Citrix Package.

But of course when you don’t give a user admin rights, it is not able to do so.

Anyone got the same issue or a solution, we have thousands of TC’s en hundreds are facing this issue in many many locations.

I got exact same problem using Citrix-workspace-app-2012.
Delete package and reinstall solved the problem. the real problem is that this issue will come back later.

I have a second problem with that package: Cannot connect to “Desktop” Host is down. Verify your connection settings and try again.
Delete package and reinstall solved the problem.

I had a similar problem, the keyboard was fine but the mouse was stuck. I deleted and reinstalled the Citrix package and the problem is resolved. As KleinVuur noted, plugging into a different USB port would temporarily resolve the issue. Thank you for the information, much appreciated.

I removed and reinstalled the Citrix package for the second time and its working again. The 5070 I’m using for testing is PCoIP and a Celeron processor if that’s helpful at all. I’m thinking this is just a bug that needs to ultimately be resolved in an update. Anyone else still having issues with this?
