I was wondering if TFTP is necessary for PXE imaging of c90le’s I thought i read that it could be tftp or http, however, the admin manual states tftp needs to be turned on. We cannot have any sort of ftp traffic, as it is blocked by the network admins. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

TFTP is needed for PXE imaging.
The filetransfer itself can then be FTP or http. But the initial transfer of the so called bootfloppy is done via TFTP.
    Try Non-PXE imaging.
