I got a weird issue here with our R10L setup, it somehow doesn’t displays the terminal.jpg (used to display the company logo in the shutdown window).
When i look at the FTP log it says the file transfer was ok, but when i hit the shutdown button there is no company logo.
When using a C10LE, V10L, S10 the same terminal.jpg is picked up and displayed correctly in the shutdown window (all are using the same wnos.ini).Both the C10LE and R10L i have tested with firmware 7.0.113, it’s just the R10L who is refusing to display our company logo in the shutdown window the C10LE is just doing fine.
Below is the FTP log and there is no error message (i just copy paste the needed info for my post) :(074012)5/20/2011 13:53:42 PM – (not logged in) (10.31.10.64)> USER anonymous

formurl=terminal.jpgAnyone here with a R10L having the same issue with the terminal.jpg ?
26. May 2011 at 13:41 #20547I never heard of this issue before.. try different resolution image for the R series see if it makes a difference? try .bmp file instead?
15. November 2011 at 19:44 #21368I had the same problem. The jpg file worked on our C10LE’s, but not on our R10L’s.
I changed it to a bmp file (and changed the filename in the INI file) and it works on both models. -
