During the installation of TCX, I am also getting the error message of MMRMediaSource.dll and MMRVideoMFT.dll failed to register. According to a previous post, you say this shouldn’t be an issue.

I am new to TCX. I have it installed on the server. For a V10L, do i also need to put key in the wnos.ini file?

My scanner shows up in the OS as though it is being redirected, however no application recognize the scanner as being there. The software vendor suspects it is only seeing the printer function of the scanner and not the actual scanning function. Could this be because of the error during installation?

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

When you are talking about the scanner, do you have scanner or a printer or a combo device?
    Latter may not work.

    Sorry, forgot the second Q.
TCX Suite 4 does not need a license key on the client anymore. Only server side licensing (or eval)

It is a scanner only. Specifically the Xerox DocuMate 150.

Citrix told me TCX was not supported in XenApp 5 or 6. Have you heard of this?

Not true. TCX work in that environment.

Which firmware are you running on the V10L? It has to be 6.5 or higher.
