Hey everyone,
I’m having a tough time getting my T50 to authenticate using PNA. I basically just want users to be able to log in with their domain credentials, and be shown their virtual desktops from the XenDesktop farm.To that extent, I’ve had limited success… as in, about 30% of the time, the user can log in with their domain creds and it will happily proceed and show the user their desktops.
The other 70% of the time, the ‘Password’ dialog hangs indefinitely after the user hits Enter. The unit then has to be power-cycled.
The T50 is talking to a PNA site secured with Citrix Secure Gateway across the WAN. The CA cert for the CSG’s certificate is correctly installed in the ICAClient’s cacert keystore.
Firmware version is U-1.018.
Here’s the relevant part of my INI file:

I am experiencing the same issue but with different symptoms. The domain users gets authenticated 100% and get the list of published apps / desktops directly from PNagent with no issues.
The same problem occurs when user mistakenly enter wrong user name or password or hit Blank instead of password.
The ‘Password’ dialog hangs indefinitely after the user hits Enter showing Authentication Failure. The unit then has to be power-cycled 90 % of the time.
One thing more, when authenticating with Domain it takes too much time in processing in comparison with C10LE, how can we boast this time in T50?
I am using Latest Firmware: 20120203-0_U-1.027_T50_merlin.exe U-1.027
