    I have two T10’s in production and more on the way. my testing T10 has 7.1_111 firmware and I can VNC to the desktop. I put one of the T10’s running 7.1_122 in place and could not VNC to it. I get a connection refused 100016 error. If I downgrade to 111 firmware it works again. Can any one reproduce this?

    We don’t use WDM we use FTP servers to hold the INI file. I added your section and restarted the 122 client and still get connection refused. If I put in a vncpassword= line it works
    here’s what is in my config without the vncpassword:

    Signon=0
    privilege=high
    AutoLoad=0
    ClearLicense=yes
    ScreenSaver=0 Type=0
    RootPath=wyse
    DefaultUser=guest
    Desktop=?????help.bmp Layout=center
    NoReducer=Yes
    DesktopColorDepth=16
    LongApplicationName=Yes
    SessionConfig=all
    Timeserver=10.1.2.1 Timeformat=”24-hour format” Dateformat=mm/dd/yyyy
    TimeZone=’GMT – 06:00′ ManualOverride=yes Daylight=yes Start=030207 End=110107 TimeZoneName=”Central Standard Time” daylightname=”Central Daylight Time”
    MaxVNCD=1 VNCD_8bits=yes
    VNCPrompt=no
    ICABrowsing=http

    From 7.1_122 onwards you need to define a VNC password. Without this it will not work.
    So put either something like
    VncPassword=”confgen”
    or
    VncPassword=”MGAMMHAEMGAGMN” Encrypt=yes
    in your wnos.ini.
