I can detect all V90LE’s in my local subnet, but I cannot see anything in our other subnets. I tried doing a IP Range, and narrowed it down to one number higher and lower of an IP that I knew existed. Where could I start with troubleshooting this issue? Thanks in advance.

I would first start to enter teh IP of WDM in the V90LE. To do this open Control Panel-WDM. Don’t forget the Write Filter.
If the unit is the checking in at next reboot, you know communication isn’t an issue. Otherwise check if Ping is working and port 80 is not blocked between the subnets.

I NEVER rely on WDM search. I ALWAYS let the clients check in themself.

I added the IP of the WDM to a V90LE on a different subnet, and it showed up in the Device Manager. After doing this, the WDM auto created the new subnet, but still hasn’t detected any other devices. I will have to manually enter all of them. There are only a few more than 100 clients…

Normaly all Wyse clients can get the WDM IP via DCHP option tag 161. But as there is a bug in the XPe Hagent it isn’t working for all XPe based devices.
Looks like doing it manually. Better pur the IP in the image before doing the next roll-out 😉
