    Hi,

We have a problem. All our V10s are configured to use DHCP, pick up a ini file and boot using the settings in it. The ini file has been configured to ignore the G key and also lock out all configuration items.

Once configured the clients are then sent out to the offsite locations.

For some reason some every so often a client will be retured as it has jumped to PPPoE mode.

How can I get this client back to a normal mode? It sees the Network (popup appears in the corner whilst the PPPoE screen is trying to connect)
but never boots. Not even if we try to deploy an image to it.

    Suggestions please!

There is no way beside reflashing the unit via USB.
Ask Wyse for the appropriate firmware.
