SSL UNKOWN CERTIFICATE AUTHORITY

    I searched everywhere to resolve this issue and connot figure it out for the life of me

    My Citrix enviroment works flawless inside the network, and outside the network using citrix receiver

    My thin clients work fine inside the network

    I take it home try to connect to my Citrix web interface and I get this error on the Thin client

    SSL UNKOWN CERTIFICATE AUTHORITY

    I am new when it comes to certificates some people are saying you have to import a certificate I dont know where, or how I get this certificate or what certificate they are talking about can anyone help?

    You are connecting to your environment via SSL connection. therefore each client needs the so called root certificate imported locally.
    Check which certificate authority you are using
    Get the certificate in a .cer format
    Copy it on a USB stick
    Plug in the stick to your client
    Go to the network-security tab and from there to the certificate manager
    Import the certificate
    Reboot and test again
