We recently started using S10 client with firmware 5.3.0_19f in our company and having some trouble using remote control over the VNC clients on the S10 clients.
The connections are very slow comparring to our vnc connections made to normal desktop computers using vnc.
Is there any way to tweak the vnc settings or do we have to use another vnc viewer to get better connections?
We use vnc viewer 4.1.1 from a winxp desktop.

    Hi,

I use TightVNC viewer as well (http://www.TightVNC.org) with the fast compression option with OK results. The issue appears to be CPU related as I notice very high CPU usage on all S-CLass. Basically VNC is not that efficient and takes a lot of CPU to drive the video,

    Cheers,
