    Hi Guys
No luck with Wyse support on this one. I am hoping someone here has seen this issue. I am running Wyse WDM 4.8.5 on Windows 2008 Server. I am using T50’s with Firmware 1.12 & 1.16. If I push the 1.18 image from WDM to any of the T-50’s I first get a Pixart mouse error. I then have to unplug the mouse, then I get this error:

Connection #0 to host 172.xxx.xxx.xxx left intact
    Closing connection #0
Cat: removable: No such file or directory
    Segmentation Fault
init: wyse main process (189) terminated with status 139

I get this same error when I push 1.12 or 1.16 to the machines. However I can pull images from any machine, push configs, push HA Agent upgrades. I updated a 1.12 and 1.16 to the latest version 5 HA Agent and tried the push to 1.18 again. No luck. I have removed the package and re-added it. Thought the package may be corrupted. However I am using the same package with the USB installer and it works perfectly. For some reason the USB installer works perfect, but the WDM won’t. Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks
    Sin

Yeah we were getting an error that said Pixart mouse usb on port xxxx and then it would cycle through that message endlessly until the mouse was unplugged.

Update: After 2 days of working on the WDM server I found the cause of the Segmentation Fault. I was missing DHCP scope options for Ports 190 & 192. A document from Wyse had Ports 161, 162, 186 as the ports needed. However I missed the Admin guide that two more were needed. I was finally able to image a device after adding the ports. Yayyy me!
