    Good morning all,

I recently inherited management of a Wyse system, including patches and images. I have had no training, so please forgive me if this is a silly question.

I have a request to change the home page in the image, along with removing a couple of Trusted Sites. From what I can tell, there is no gpedit capabilities on the terminals, so it appears that it needs to be done in the registry. So far, all attempts at registry editing have failed miserably.

Does anyone have any advice on how this can be accomplished? Wyse support has been less than stellar on this regard.

    Thanks!

Do you have WDM in place to manage the units?

    Indeed we do.

Additionally, it may help to add that I created a patch last week, so I am vaguely familiar with the scripting structure, and how to push the packages.

    Thanks,

So how does the script look like you are using for pushing the registry settings?

So, this looks like a really fantastic site, but for some reason, it just won’t take my relevant post. I keep getting the following error when trying to post the relevant text:

    Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I’m really just not sure what to do about it. If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them, otherwise, I suggest that you can just close out the thread 🙁
