I don’t see Scheduled Tasks in the control panel. Is there a way to schedule a task in XPe?

    Thanks ❓

Please forgive the stupid question, but how do I use these files?

Just copy them to the Windows directory?

    Hi,

Copy the contents to the C: drive of the terminal. As administrator run the two .reg files and then the setup.bat.

Finally delete the .reg and .bat files in C: as you will not need them. You could also easlily use WDM to deploy these if you need to do many files. I assume you will run a task so you could have the script also set up the task to run,

    Cheers,

    🙁

Unfortunately, it doesn’t allow me to copy the new msidle.dll or the schedsvc.dll files over the existing ones in the System32 folder.
    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    David

Use “inuse.exe” from Microsoft to copy files that are in use.
