    No, this is not possible. You can do it via right-click directly but not scheduled.

    this our first wyse device implementation. the only way i can think of to get around this is schedule a master configuration to run on all devices. we will have about 50 devices on our network. will each update be done simultaneously or will update 1, wait for it to finish and move to the 2nd one?

    That depends on the version of WDM you are using.
    With the Workgroup edition you are able to run 5 jobs simultaneously. With Enterprise 99 jobs.

    Script should look like this. Just change the parameter OS= to your operating system

    [Version]
    Number=Reboot
    Description=Reboots a device
    OS=XP
    Category=Other Packages
    USE_Pxe=NO

    [Script]
    RB

    If its XPe you could probably schedule a reboot event each night using the Task Scheduler app on the client.

    As an option you could look into a sql trigger that automatically schedules the reboot package to your devices.

    The SQL portion is easy, just toss a list of the devices by clientID into a CURSOR and then pass that list to the stored procedure for adding updates and reference a reboot script like ConfGen noted.

    I haven’t actually tried this, but I’m pretty confident it’d work fine. I’ve done quite a bit of data-mining against the WDM database…now it fits like an old loafer.
