Scanner Redirection

    I have a Canon MX892 MFP that I am trying to set up with my WTOS V10LE. Using the TCX Suite, the printer functionality works fine, but I can’t seem to get the scanner to be recognized by the Terminal Server or to redirect. Are there any special steps for getting the scanner component to redirect?

    Have you added the Vendor and Product ID to be redirected?
